Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your coffee and gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-perishable items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that due to its perishable nature, roasted coffee is not eligible for return, but we are happy to resolve any quality issues.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Prepare Your Package

    Ensure that all brewing equipment or merchandise is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original packaging.

    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
