When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
To ensure peak freshness, we roast our coffee to order. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of roasting and shipped via your selected carrier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes, we offer customizable subscriptions that allow you to receive your favorite beans on a recurring schedule while saving on every bag.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns on coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days.
Can I purchase whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer most of our selections as whole bean to preserve freshness, but we also provide various grind options suitable for drip, espresso, or French press brewing.
