We've experimented with various methods for brewing single cups of coffee and the Hario Ceramic Dripper has consistently wowed us. The angle of the cone adds depth so water flows to the center, increasing the time it's in contact with the ground coffee. This size works best for 10 to 16 ounces of brewed coffee.
